We had an excellent stay at a centrally located hotel. The staff at Primavera were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The room was clean and well-organized, perfect for our family of four. The hotel's location right off the city center and just a minute walk from the lake was convenient. The continental breakfast offered a satisfying selection, including delicious Italian brioche and great coffee. we highly recommend this top hotel in the area!

Hotel Primavera has a very good location. It's easy to reach the beach, restaurants, shops etc. from the hotel. Hotel is very cosy and tidy. Rooms are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had something for everyone. Hotel staff was friendly.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful old town and the lake just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Suitable for party. Decent food, superb service and excellent view of the lake and the mountain. Particularly good breakfast, especially muesli and cereal. What a marvellous location in a pedestrianised area! Also - so close to Stresa's lake, and the beach and train station.

We had a bit of confusion during check-in, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and gave us a better room. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to the lake. The continental breakfast was delicious. a great stay at Primavera! I would recommend this hotel.

I liked the central, yet quiet location of the hotel. The room was clean with comfortable beds and were adequately sized to accommodate a family with older children.

The location is comfortable and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Borromeo Plaza. Good choice of restaurants and bars you can select. The room is functional, well-equipped comes with a lovely view and air conditioning and balcony.

We had a fantastic time in the town where the hotel is located. We could walk to almost everything in the old center of the city and the lake was very near. The room was airy and the bathroom facilities were modern. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was filling with a lot of choices. The view from the top floor was amazing where we could see the beautiful lake.

The walls were quite thin, and sometimes we heard noises from the hotel's surrounding areas.

Location: the hotel was close to the ferries and train station and local shops. And it was not too far away from La Botte, ate there couple of times...

Room was renovated, good sound isolation from the street. Central location, near the lake.

TV was exclusively in Italian, If you have a problem with your room (like the drain in the shower was almost completely clogged), you have to insist that they look at it (they tried to persuade us that this is how it should be, without even looking at the problem). Even though we payed for the wireless internet, it was not always accessible.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from the lake and the ferry terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions on things to do. The room was clean and well-organized, featuring comfortable beds and a selection of TV channels in English.

The bathroom was a bit outdated, with some tiles and the door showing signs of wear and tear. The bed was a bit too firm, and one of the springs was poking out.

Excellent location in the centre of shopping areas and close to all activities and transport. Friendly staff who were always available to help, 24/7. Nothing too much trouble and felt very welcome. Will definitely return one day.

The guestrooms at Hotel Primavera are incredibly comfortable, with amenities like 24-hour room service and air conditioning, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. As a budget traveller, I really appreciated the free WiFi and safes in the rooms, which helped me stay connected and keep my belongings secure.

While the rooms were great overall, I personally found the complimentary toiletries provided in the private bathrooms to be a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others may still find them sufficient for their needs.
